Zealous Christian Professionals Forum Inc. is a law-abiding institution and has a professionally written bylaws which clearly states its governance and management structure and issues that are binding on the members.
In the bylaws, the issues such as the purpose, Offices including the Principal office, Board Members, number and qualifications, election and term of the Board, Officers and their duties are clearly defined. Various committees and their activities, Records and Reports, Preparation of financial Statements, fiscal year of Zealous and amendments and revisions of the bylaws are also included.
Conflict of Interest Policy
To protect the interest of Zealous Christian Professionals Forum, Inc. when it is contemplating entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an Officer or Director of the Organization, or might result in a possible excess benefit transaction, a well-documented Conflict of Interest policy is put in place. This policy is intended to ensure transparency and disclosure by Directors and Officers of Zealous to prevent any known and perceived Conflict of Interest which may arise in their transactions with the forum and other parties.
All Directors and Officers of Zealous were requested to sign the Conflict of Interest Policy which shows the seriousness it attaches to enforcement of this policy.
Professional Reading Materials
This is an area where Zealous Professionals will contribute their ideas, research, and findings towards the achievement of its Vision and Objectives. It will be an open forum where members will air their views, seek information, guidance, and clarifications. The continuous process of Brain writing and Brain storming sessions to generate ideas, post challenging questions which will induce deep thinking to find solutions to problems will be undertaken here. Zealous did two months of Brain writing and Brain Storming session at the initial stages of its formation and realized its significance and impact on formulation of its concept notes and strategic plans and will continue doing that going forward.
Professional Journals
It is a depository of professional journals, articles and write-ups by members which will be relevant to the Vision and Objectives of Zealous members. As a group of Christian Professionals there is the need to continue updating our skills to remain relevant and competitive to the market. Members will be encouraged to share modern trends of issues going on in their professional areas to the benefit of others. This will have impact on the way Zealous reviews its strategies and implementation plans, to the benefit of the Body of Christ in the communities we serve.
Fundraising Proposals
Zealous talent harvesting concept is a gift back to God Almighty for what he has developed in some of us who would not have realized our potentials in life without his favor upon our lives. The motive is not for profit making and we look forward to the sustainability of the projects through self-financing to maintain a remarkably high standard of quality of services.
Directors have the vision of equipping the leaders, potential leaders, and adolescent youth with rich values to have significant impact on the society.
Jesus started with twelve disciples to make his impact on the earth within three and half years and our vision is to identify benevolent Members/Directors who share the same views and passion and invest in the projects.
We aim to market the project proposals to benevolent societies, groups and donors who may share the vision and support the projects through fundraising activities and initiatives.
